Our Vision: The vision of Elizabeth Vaughan Elementary School’s comprehensive school counseling program is that all students are caring and responsible lifelong learners and citizens who inspire excellence in all endeavors. They demonstrate mastery of academic, career, and social/emotional skills necessary to reach thriving futures. As well as, have the resiliency to overcome obstacles and redefine opportunities for success.
Our Mission: Our mission is to provide access to a comprehensive school counseling program that is intentional, individualized, research-based, and data informed to address the academic, career, and social/emotional needs of all students. Through advocacy and collaboration with students, staff, parents/guardians, and community members, we facilitate a positive, equitable, supportive, and culturally responsive program that will ensure a successful school community that is safe, welcoming, engaging, and nurturing for all.
