Students Can Change Their Passwords from Home

 

You need a device (computer, tablet, phone) and WiFi

Know your username, student number, and birth date (MM/DD/YYYY)



Students can reset their passwords by clicking on Password Self-Service on the Information Technology Department PWCS web page.  Students will be prompted for their username, student number and date of birth to reset their passwords. 

  

 

To change your password go to Vaughan's Homepage. 

 

At the top of the screen, choose your Language if needed.

  Scroll down a little bit until you see the white strip in the middle of the page.  Click on Password Reset.

Step 4 
 Complete each field.  Remember that you must include the slashes in your birthdate.



Final Step to Change your Password


Complete each field and click Next.  The next screen will ask you to create your password.  


Grades K - 2 passwords should be eight characters and have one letter and one number.  K-2 can have all lower case letters.  

Grades 3 - 5 passwords should have eight characters and have at least one upper
case letter, at least one lower case letter and at least one number.  They do not need a special character.



When signing into Clever, a student may be prompted for their email address and password.
