Safe at Home Safe Alone
4th Grade Students
Safe at Home/Safe Alone is a Virginia Cooperative Extension program designed to help families develop the life skills they need when the decision is made for a child to stay home alone. Students will each be given a workbook filled with information and activities that will explain the skills needed to be a competent kid who can stay home alone safely. Parents are encouraged to review the information at home and keep the book in a safe place where it can be read over from time to time. It will be a great reference to keep.
