Our Classroom Announcements:

Virtual Math Manipulatives
One of the best parts of our day was using manipulatives during Math time! These manipulatives included dice, number lines, counters, cubes, spinners, etc.! I know that the mathematicians in my class are probably missing some of those tools right now. Thankfully, we have a resource called Didax that offers virtual manipulatives! Click on the link in the "Useful Links" tab to check it out!

Coding Club

Is your third grader interested in coding or learning how to code? If so, check out Mrs. Roberts' and Mrs. Holliday's Coding Club! This tech-savvy group will be creating fun stories, games, and animations! A link to join can be found in the "Useful Links" tab to the left of my webpage! If you have any questions about this process, please let me know!

BrainPop Videos
BrainPop is a fun and interactive website that offers brief educational videos. The content of these videos covers multiple subject areas including Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies. They are currently offering FREE memberships-- all you have to do is log in and create an account! To do this, please see the email that was sent today or click the "Useful Links" tab to the left of this page. Enjoy!

Weekly Activity Boards
To support your continued learning, we will be designing weekly activity boards. Each week's current activity board will be posted at the top of my web page. Activity boards from previous weeks will be stored in the "Weekly Activity Boards" tab to the left of your screen. This tab also contains video tutorials to assist with reading and translating the activities! Please let me know if you have any questions!
